Built with purpose

The right rack
for the right rig.

A cab rack should look like it belongs on the vehicle and work as hard as the rest of the build. Boss develops each platform with 3D scanning, CAD modelling and real vehicle test fitting, then manufactures it in house.

The thinking behind it

Made to fit,
Built to last.

Boss-built CabRacks combine a low-profile design, a built-in wind deflector and ultra-strong construction. Made in Melbourne using laser-cut 5 mm marine-grade alloy side plates, heavy-duty extrusion cross rails and stainless-steel fasteners. The bolted modular design lets you position accessories around the way you work or travel.

From 3D scan
to finished rack.

Every Boss CabRack is developed and manufactured in house. Vehicle scanning informs the fit, precision machinery shapes each component, and experienced fabricators bring the complete system together before treatment and powder coating.
