This Refund and Returns Policy applies to online orders placed through the Boss Aluminium website.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an eligible return.
All return requests must be approved by Boss Aluminium before any item is sent back.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Items must not be returned to Boss Aluminium without prior approval. Items returned without approval may be refused, returned to the customer, or held until further instructions are provided.
Boss Aluminium reserves the right to refuse a return where the item does not meet the requirements of this policy.
Boss Aluminium does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes situations where a customer changes their mind, orders the incorrect product, no longer needs the product, finds a cheaper product elsewhere, selects the wrong size, colour, model or configuration, or decides they do not want the item after purchase.
Once an approved returned item has been received, Boss Aluminium will inspect the item before confirming whether a refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow time for the payment provider or bank to process the refund.
Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee where permitted by law.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required by law.
Boss Aluminium may deduct any applicable restocking fee, handling costs, shipping costs, payment processing costs or other reasonable costs from an approved refund where permitted by law.
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are offered at the discretion of Boss Aluminium.
Boss Aluminium may agree to an exchange where the item is unused, uninstalled, undamaged, in original condition and approved for return.
Exchanges may also be available where a product is faulty, damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect on arrival, please contact Boss Aluminium within 5 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Boss Aluminium may require photos, further information, inspection of the item, or return of the item before confirming the appropriate resolution.
If the issue is confirmed, Boss Aluminium will assist with an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a custom made, made to order, modified or special order product is faulty, damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, Boss Aluminium will review the issue and assist with an appropriate resolution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required by law.
Boss Aluminium is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
We recommend using tracked and insured shipping for all returns.
The customer is responsible for ensuring returned items are safely packed and protected during return freight.
If a returned item is damaged in transit due to poor packaging or handling by the customer or the carrier, Boss Aluminium may refuse the return or reduce any refund amount where permitted by law.
Boss Aluminium does not accept international returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, cancellation, or where the customer no longer requires the item.
