Designed and manufactured in-house for Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty Dual Cab. Marine-grade alloy, 5 mm side plates and a modular layout make this cab rack ready for your touring or work setup.
Developed from 3D scanning and CAD modelling, then prototyped and test fitted on vehicle, the rack is refined through multiple iterations to dial in fitment, strength and mounting points. The modular design allows you to add, move or upgrade accessories over time to suit your touring or work requirements.
The standard rack
5 mm laser-cut side plates. Precision folded, treated and powder coated, with stainless steel fasteners throughout.
Heavy-duty T-nut extrusion makes accessory mounting straightforward and lets your setup evolve over time.
4 × STEDI Micro Touch Dual Colour 7.8-inch side lights, supplied with brackets as standard.
Included as standard
Four dual-colour STEDI side lights and their brackets are included with the rack.
The rack wiring harness, front-facing lights and Starlink mount are optional. Select the accessories you need in the purchasing panel above. Vehicle wiring and switching are quoted separately.
Build it your way
Keep the standard rack or add the lighting and accessories that suit your build. Optional front lights and accessories shown in vehicle photography are not included in the base rack price.
The harness runs inside the rack and brings the wiring to a single connection point at the rear. SKU ELE-RR-UNI-DCL. Wiring to the vehicle and switching are quoted separately.
41.5-inch slim front light bar with side infill caps. Select it separately in the purchasing panel. Mounting, wiring and switching requirements depend on your setup.
Type-X™ EVO Mini 4-inch lights with a front-light loom for the eight lights only. Standard wind cowl, not recessed. Wiring to the cab and switching are not included.
Lockable mount with the Boss Thermal Protection Power Module. Select it separately in the purchasing panel.

Fitment & installation
Mounts to the vehicle’s original factory bolt holes, so no drilling is required. Supplied as a kit for dealer assembly and installation. Fitment, sealing, vehicle wiring and switching should be completed by a qualified installer.

Prefer another brand of front-facing light? The modular design accommodates different lights, subject to suitable brackets and wiring. STEDI, Baja Designs, KC HiLiTES and NACHO are among the available choices; specific mounting and electrical work can be quoted separately.
Allowable load is vehicle limited. The total rack, lights, mounts, wiring, accessories and cargo must remain within the vehicle manufacturer’s applicable roof or gutter limits. See Specifications for full load guidance.

Load rating and weight
Allowable load is vehicle limited. Do not exceed the roof or gutter load limits specified by the vehicle manufacturer in the owner’s manual and/or vehicle specifications.
It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the combined weight of the rack system, lights, wiring, mounts, accessories, and cargo remains within the vehicle manufacturer’s stated roof or gutter load limits.
Boss Aluminium is not liable for damage, loss, or failure arising from incorrect loading, overloading, improper fitment, misuse, or use outside the vehicle manufacturer’s stated limits, to the extent permitted by Australian law.
Dynamic load is the load while driving. Wind, vibration, braking, cornering, and off road impacts increase forces significantly, so loads should be reduced for off road use and must remain within the vehicle manufacturer’s stated limits.
Static load is the load when parked, such as when using a roof top tent. Static capacity may be higher than dynamic capacity, but this varies by vehicle and must still comply with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
The Boss Cab Rack to suit the Ford F-250/F-350 weight is around 35 kg including 4 side lights, a 41 inch front light bar when fitted, wiring loom, and mounts. Approximately 10 kg of this total is lighting, wiring, and mounting hardware, and must be included when calculating allowable load limits.
