Apprentice – Engineering (Fabrication)

Boss Aluminium is a proudly Australian manufacturer of premium 4x4 accessories, designed and built in-house at our Bayswater North and Kilsyth South facilities. We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice to join our team and build a career in fabrication.

About the Role
This is a hands-on apprenticeship where you will learn all aspects of metal fabrication within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you’ll gain practical skills in assembling, fabricating and finishing aluminium components used in high-quality 4x4 builds.

What You’ll Learn

Assembly of aluminium components and accessories
Safe use of hand and power tools
Introduction to welding and fabrication techniques
Reading and interpreting basic drawings and job sheets
Operation of workshop machinery (under supervision)
Quality control and attention to detail
Workplace safety and standard operating procedures

About You

Genuine interest in fabrication, engineering or the automotive/4x4 industry
Willingness to learn and take direction
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good attention to detail
Positive attitude and team player
