Boss Aluminium is a proudly Australian manufacturer of premium 4x4 accessories, designed and built in-house at our Bayswater North and Kilsyth South facilities. We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice to join our team and build a career in fabrication.

About the Role
This is a hands-on apprenticeship where you will learn all aspects of metal fabrication within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you’ll gain practical skills in assembling, fabricating and finishing aluminium components used in high-quality 4x4 builds.

What You’ll Learn

• Assembly of aluminium components and accessories
• Safe use of hand and power tools
• Introduction to welding and fabrication techniques
• Reading and interpreting basic drawings and job sheets
• Operation of workshop machinery (under supervision)
• Quality control and attention to detail
• Workplace safety and standard operating procedures
