Cab Racks | Roof Racks
Australian-made cab racks and roof racks, engineered for vehicle-specific fit. Built tough for Australian conditions, with lightweight, heavy-duty aluminium construction and a fully modular design—without compromising on quality.
Built with purpose
A cab rack should look like it belongs on the vehicle and work as hard as the rest of the build. Boss develops each platform with 3D scanning, CAD modelling and real vehicle test fitting, then manufactures it in house.

Standard across the range
Each CabRack starts with the same Boss approach: vehicle-specific engineering, useful mounting flexibility and an Australian-made finish designed for touring and work.
Strong, corrosion-resistant construction without unnecessary weight.
Vehicle-specific rail layouts provide flexible accessory positioning.
Four STEDI Micro Touch dual-colour side lights and brackets included.
Multi-stage surface preparation followed by premium in-house powder coating.

The thinking behind it
Boss-built CabRacks combine a low-profile design, a built-in wind deflector and ultra-strong construction. Made in Melbourne using laser-cut 5 mm marine-grade alloy side plates, heavy-duty extrusion cross rails and stainless-steel fasteners. The bolted modular design lets you position accessories around the way you work or travel.
Made in Melbourne
Every Boss CabRack is developed and manufactured in house. Vehicle scanning informs the fit, precision machinery shapes each component, and experienced fabricators bring the complete system together before treatment and powder coating.
Real vehicle data gives the design team an accurate foundation for fitment and clearances.
Components are laser cut, deburred and accurately folded using in-house machinery.
Our automated fibre laser produces accurate, repeatable components from sheet metal before deburring and forming.
Light your way
Lighting is part of the design, with side lights included across the current range and front lighting choices to suit your setup.
The vehicle manufacturer’s roof or gutter limits govern allowable load. Include the rack, lighting, mounts, accessories and cargo when calculating weight. Confirm fitment and options for your model with Boss.
CabRack questions
Key details to check before choosing, loading or arranging fitment for your CabRack.
The current CabRack range is $3,300 including GST. Optional lighting, wiring, accessories, delivery and fitment may add to the configured total.
The rack assembly includes its vehicle-specific aluminium structure, T-nut cross rails, stainless hardware and four STEDI Micro Touch dual-colour side lights with brackets.
CabRacks are made to order. The current estimated lead time is 2–4 weeks, but timing should be confirmed when ordering.
The vehicle manufacturer’s roof or gutter load limit governs the allowable load. Include the rack, lighting, mounting hardware, accessories and cargo when calculating total weight.
An optional rack wiring harness can bring the rack wiring to a rear connection point. Wiring into the vehicle, switching and final electrical work are not included unless quoted.
Professional installation is recommended. The fitter must confirm the correct mounting method, sealing, clearances, wiring and the vehicle’s applicable roof-load limits before installation.
Boss CabRacks are designed and manufactured in Melbourne using in-house scanning, engineering, laser cutting, fabrication, surface treatment and powder coating.
