Boss Suction Mount Add-On
The Boss Suction Mount Add-On provides a portable and removable mounting option for customers who already have a compatible Boss Starlink Mini bracket.
The kit uses two precision-manufactured Boss Aluminium mounting plates and three genuine 4.5-inch SeaSucker vacuum mounts to create a versatile mounting setup for suitable smooth, clean and non-porous surfaces.
The pump-operated SeaSucker vacuum mounts feature visible vacuum indicator bands, allowing each mount to be operated and monitored in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

The mount must only be fitted to a suitable smooth, clean and non-porous surface where the complete sealing area of all three vacuum pads can sit correctly against the mounting surface.

SeaSucker vacuum mount pull-force rating
Each genuine 4.5-inch SeaSucker vacuum mount is manufacturer rated to 120 lb, approximately 54.4 kg, of direct-pull strength when the force is applied straight outward from the centre of the vacuum mount. Pull strength under sideways or shear loading is lower.
This is the manufacturer’s pull-force rating for one individual SeaSucker component. It is not the payload or carrying capacity of the complete Boss Suction Mount Add-On assembly.

Before installation, ensure the intended mounting surface and all three SeaSucker vacuum pads are clean, suitable and in good condition.
Position the complete assembly so that every vacuum pad can sit correctly and its complete sealing area can make full contact with the mounting surface.
Operate each SeaSucker vacuum pump as instructed and check that the complete assembly is correctly fitted before use.

The Boss Suction Mount Add-On is designed for suitable smooth, clean and non-porous surfaces, including:
Each vacuum pad must be positioned where its complete sealing area can sit correctly against the mounting surface.
Do not position the vacuum pads over rough, porous or textured areas, pronounced curves, ribs, channels, joins or locations where the complete sealing area cannot make proper contact.
Dirty, oily, waxed or contaminated surfaces must be properly cleaned and prepared in accordance with the supplied guides before installation.
If you are unsure whether your intended mounting location is suitable, contact Boss Aluminium before installation.
The complete assembly must be inspected and operated in accordance with the Boss Aluminium Suction Mount Fitment Guide and the SeaSucker Vacuum Mount Usage Guide.
The mounting surface, vacuum pads, vacuum pumps, fasteners and complete assembly should be checked before use.
Operate each SeaSucker vacuum pump until the orange vacuum indicator band is no longer visible.
Continue to monitor each vacuum indicator during use and repump the mount as instructed if an orange vacuum indicator band becomes visible.
