• Accessory Fitters
• Auto Mechanic
• Auto Electrician

The Roles:

Accessory Fitters & Auto Electrician:

• Assembling and installing Boss 12-volt power systems into our canopies.
• Fitting and wiring accessories to vehicles.
• Wiring Boss canopies and trays with accessories.
• Workshop administration duties such as ordering components and developing processes.
• Contribute towards new product ideas and development.
• Work safely and maintain workshop tools and equipment.
• Ensure a clean working environment.

Auto Mechanic:

• Fitting and modifying a range of 4WD accessories.
• Suspension modification and chassis extensions. 
• Assist with large turnkey vehicle builds.
• Work within our mechanic team to meet build deadlines and liase with Production and Procurement managers to achieve collective goals.

We want people with these skills:

• A skilled automotive technician with good 12-volt electrical skills.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical fitting work. 
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Great attention to detail.
• Eager to work with premium, Australian-made products.
• Possess a strong level of drive and enthusiasm.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people.
• Any interest or experience with 4WDs will be highly regarded.

About the Role

We are looking for an engaging and hungry Sales Representative to join our sales team and drive the growth of our expanding product list here in Victoria. You will support the success of the company  by using your sales techniques to hunt new business and close inbound sales leads

Key Accountabilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Internal and external stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.
• Assist in the development of the sales strategy to drive new business.
• Achieve weekly activity targets and monthly KPI’s.
• Achieve monthly sales targets in line with forecasts.
• Take in-bound sales enquiries via email, phone and appointments.
• Provide support to Sales Manager with proactive sales strategies.
• Develop and leverage relationships with external businesses to achieve required commercial outcomes.
• Keep Odoo (CRM, contract preparation) up to date for accurate sales reporting.
• Exceptional client relationship management from initial enquiry, deposit and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Be an active part of the team and be a team player.

 

About You

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with a CRM is preferable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to work within a team environment.
• Ability to liaise across a wide range of customer demographics positively and proactively.
• Strong local area knowledge and contacts within the 4wd industry an advantage but not a necessity
• Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence and work well within a team environment.

We are an Australian owned and operated company specialising in canvas, camping and lifestyle related products. We have earned a reputation as the market leader in our industry with our quality Australian-made products. Due to growth, we are seeking a sewing machinist to help manufacture tents, awnings and other canvas items.  

What we are looking for:
• Sewing experience. 
• Experience sewing canvas (preferred but not essential); full training will be given. 
• Keen eye for detail to help identify problems or faults as early as possible. 
• Ability to work autonomously.
