Built for touring and work, the Boss Aluminium Ford F-250/F-350 Cab Rack is a purpose-built, modular cab rack system engineered specifically for Ford Super Duty F-250 and F-350 Dual Cab fitment.

It mounts to the vehicle’s original factory bolt holes, so no drilling is required. With side lighting included as standard, plus flexible front-facing lighting options and plug-and-play wiring, you can tailor the rack to suit your setup.

Designed and manufactured in house from marine grade alloy, the Boss Ford F-250/F-350 Cab Rack delivers high strength, low weight and long-term corrosion resistance. It features 5 mm side plates and heavy-duty T-nut extrusion cross rails for excellent load handling and easy accessory mounting. Every component is precision laser cut, folded, treated and finished in a durable powder coat, with stainless steel fasteners used throughout.

Developed from 3D scanning and CAD modelling, then prototyped and test fitted on vehicle, the rack is refined through multiple iterations to dial in fitment, strength and mounting points. The modular design allows you to add, move or upgrade accessories over time to suit your touring or work requirements.

Included as standard
4 x STEDI Micro Touch Dual Colour 7.8-inch side lights with brackets.

Optional extras
Plug-and-play wiring harness. The harness runs within the rack and brings all wiring back to a single connection point at the rear. Wiring to the vehicle and switching are quoted separately.

Front-facing STEDI lighting options are available, including the STEDI ST3K Slim Light Bar and the STEDI Type-X™ EVO Mini 4 Inch LED Driving Light Boss Cab Rack Package, supplied as a set of eight. Alternatively, the modular design makes it easy to fit the lights of your choice.

Choose your own lighting
The rack is designed so you can fit virtually any type or brand of front-facing light, including driving lights, spotlights and light bars. You are not locked into STEDI. Choose STEDI, Baja Designs, KC HiLiTES, NACHO or another preferred brand. Mounting brackets, wiring and switching may vary depending on the lights selected and can be quoted separately.

Fitting
The Ford F-250/F-350 Cab Rack mounts to the vehicle’s original factory bolt holes, so no drilling is required. Cab racks are supplied as a kit for dealer assembly and installation. Fitment, sealing, and all wiring and switching to the vehicle should be completed by a qualified installer.

Load rating and weight
Allowable load is vehicle limited. Do not exceed the roof load limits in the vehicle owner’s manual.
The Ford F-250/F-350 system weight is around 35 kg including four side lights, a 41-inch front light bar when fitted, wiring loom and mounts. Approximately 10 kg of this total is lighting, wiring and mounting hardware.

It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the combined weight of the rack system, lights, wiring, mounts, accessories, and cargo remains within the vehicle manufacturer’s stated roof or gutter load limits.

Boss Aluminium is not liable for damage, loss, or failure arising from incorrect loading, overloading, improper fitment, misuse, or use outside the vehicle manufacturer’s stated limits, to the extent permitted by Australian law.

Dynamic load is the load while driving. Wind, vibration, braking, cornering, and off road impacts increase forces significantly, so loads should be reduced for off road use and must remain within the vehicle manufacturer’s stated limits.

Static load is the load when parked, such as when using a roof top tent. Static capacity may be higher than dynamic capacity, but this varies by vehicle and must still comply with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
