Changing your Ranger’s tub to a tray is a chance to rethink how you load and access the ute. It also means planning the fitment around your cab, model year and factory equipment.
We manufacture aluminium trays and modular canopies in Melbourne. Our Ranger Raptor M4 build combines rear storage, a drawer and onboard water in one setup. We can help you compare the tray and canopy options for your own Ranger.

Decide what needs to stay on the open deck, what belongs in a canopy and which smaller items you want to reach beneath the tray.

Explore our ute trays and M-Spec canopy range, then confirm the configuration available for your Ranger.

The tray packages share a deck, sheet metal headboard, double-skinned sides, one-piece mudguards and classic tail infill. Their main storage differences are:
The drawer lengths above apply to our dual cab packages. We’ll confirm dimensions and equipment for your Ranger’s cab and chassis. Next Gen names our tray range; your Ranger’s model year and generation are separate fitment details.

M-Spec shelves and drawers bolt into the canopy framework without drilling. Choose components around tool cases or touring equipment, with room to rearrange compatible storage later.

For touring, plan fridge access, drawer clearance, lighting and power together. Specify the appliance separately from its fridge surround so the quote identifies the complete equipment list.

Our Ranger Raptor M4 build includes a 70 L water tank, rear underbody boxes with three-point compression locks and a rear drawer with a table top and lock-out slides. Its checker plate deck includes M12 tie-down points.
This build also includes reversing sensors and a removable ladder bar. It’s one completed Raptor configuration, so use it for ideas and confirm the proposed work for your own Ranger.
Include the tray, canopy, fit-out, water and packed equipment when planning your load. Request current weights for the chosen configuration.
If a GVM upgrade is part of the project, discuss the exact vehicle and registration details with us. Our GVM upgrades include several vehicle configurations. We’ll check your Ranger’s eligibility and the proposed kit.
Our Australian-owned family business was established in 2000. We manufacture in Melbourne using in-house CAD design, laser cutting, bending and powder coating. A lifetime warranty covers our workmanship; confirm the separate cover for other supplied equipment.
